This apartment is a funtionable unit for a small group or family. There are two separate beds in one bedroom and a bunk bed in one bedroom (lower bed 120 cm and upper bed 80 cm). The couch is suitable as an extra bed for an adult or 2 children. There is a sauna and a spacious balcony in the apartment.

PyhäSuites55 (55 m2, 6+2 persons, 12 units)
This apartment offers spacious accommodation for a larger group. There are three bedrooms (one of them with bund bed). On top of Ski-Inn Equipment there is an oven. These apartments will be taken into use in spring 2008.

There are two car parks (each for 8 cars, with electricity); first car park is located beneath the apartments (covered) and the second one is approximately 50 meters from the apartments.

TuottoOmistus - a new way to own an apartment!
Rukakeskus Ltd has introduced a new way of a acquiring a holiday apartment in the very center of a ski resort: TuottoOmistus. This concept has been adopted from Northern America and developed further to fit the Finnish way of housing and holiday making. The concept is based on renting the apartment out when the owner doesn't use it him/herself. The owners can use their apartment for altogether 8 weeks every year.
